We can’t wait to meet you! Essential Functions Demonstrates competency in the performance of job-related skills appropriate to his/her customer populations and departmental services. Develops procedures for office activities, such as filling, records maintenance, typing, word processing, faxing, and mail distribution. May also be responsible for the maintenance of office equipment and supplies. Hire and train office staff. Conducts performance evaluations for staff members. Ensure adherence to all laws and regulations regarding employment, affirmative action, safety, drugs, and medical waste disposal. Ensure that patient records are accurate and complete, and that patient confidentiality is strictly maintained. Demonstrates flexible and efficient time management and ability to prioritize workload. Maintains employee time cards. Requirements

  • Typically requires 5 years of customer service experience and 3 years of management experience.
