This role is responsible for leading all aspects of aircraft servicing during international turnarounds, ensuring operational excellence, safety compliance, on-time performance, and exceptional service delivery aligned with customer expectations. This position requires strong leadership in a fast-paced, 24/7 airport environment, with direct oversight of frontline teams, supervisors, and operational execution tied to international flight schedules. This position requires open on-site availability to include nights, weekends, and holidays.
