The Operations Manager will oversee daily office operations and lead administrative and seasonal staff to ensure an organized, efficient, and motivated workplace. This individual will manage workflow, support hiring and training, and continuously improve processes to enhance both team performance and customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate brings leadership, communication, and a hands-on approach to help our creative and operations teams thrive.

  • Supervise and support daily administrative and office functions, including operations and customer service
  • Oversee workflow, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and timely completion of projects
  • Ensure staff are fulfilling their individual job responsibilities
  • Lead the recruitment, onboarding, and training of office and seasonal staff
  • Support career development and provide coaching and performance feedback
  • Identify and resolve workplace or process-related challenges
  • Coordinate work schedules, shifts, and cross-training opportunities
  • Maintain and update job descriptions, department manuals, and standard operating procedures
  • Provide regular reports and updates to management on office activities and performance metrics
  • Collaborate with other departments (photography, production, and customer service) to maintain smooth operations
  • Set department goals that align with organizational objectives and seasonal business demands
  • Develop office strategies and schedules to meet production and photography season needs
  • Structure tasks, roles, and workflows for maximum efficiency
  • Recruit and retain a strong administrative and seasonal team
  • Inspire and motivate team members to achieve company goals

  • Streamline operations between photography teams, production, and customer service

  • 3+ years of experience in office management, administrative supervision, or operations coordination (photography or creative industry experience a plus)
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and guide a diverse team

  • Positive, approachable, and team-oriented attitude
  • Ability to adapt in a fast-paced, seasonal environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace; experience with photography scheduling or production software a plus
