The Operations Manager is a key member of the store leadership team, responsible for ALO’s operational strategy within the store. This role focuses on inventory management, labor planning, and scheduling to ensure efficient and effective store operations. The primary goal is to ensure the store is always customer-ready. The position requires constant movement throughout the store, including the sales floor and back of house, and involves taking initiative to maintain a clean, safe, inviting, and efficient operating environment when not actively assisting guests.
