The role of the Operations Manager is to oversee the operational effectiveness of customer locations and maintain an engaged workforce while ensuring customer satisfaction. The Operations Manager will assure efficient operations meet the needs of clients. This position has a significant amount of contact with people, requiring public and human relations skills, flexibility of schedule and effective oral and written communication skills. This position requires the use of independent judgement, problem solving and project management. Outside sales, cold-calling and phone sales experience preferred. Degree strongly preferred. Must be ambitious self-starter.
