Operations Manager - Night Shift Location: Holt, MI Schedule: Night Shift ; 6pm - completion At McKesson, we deliver better health by ensuring our customers and patients receive the products they need - safely, efficiently, and on time. Our distribution center teams are the heartbeat of that mission. We're seeking a Night Shift Operations Manager at our Holt, Michigan facility. We are looking for someone who will lead and empower employees to succeed while driving operational excellence. You'll manage staffing, engagement, service quality, compliance, and profitability during overnight operations. Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field; or equivalent experience in warehouse distribution
6+ years of operational experience, preferably in large-scale distribution environments, 2+ years in a leadership role
Strong understanding of warehouse management systems (WMS), inventory systems, and material handling equipment
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; proven ability to build trust across teams and departments
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, Access)
Knowledge of DEA and OSHA regulations and commitment to workplace safety

Familiarity with lean principles and Six Sigma methodologies preferred

Responsibilities

Oversee all aspects of night shift operations, including inventory management, order fulfillment, and shipping/receiving.

Monitor KPIs and operational metrics to identify opportunities for improvement, efficiency, and cost optimization.
Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion by fostering a workforce that reflects McKesson's commitment to belonging and respect.
Reinforce a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Conduct regular performance reviews and strategy sessions with Supervisors to translate metrics into actionable insights.
Ensure adherence to DEA, OSHA, and McKesson regulatory standards.
Champion a culture of safety through training, monitoring, and proactive risk mitigation.
Maintain accurate documentation and reporting to support transparency and audit readiness.
