Responsible for the day-to-day activities of specific operation including staff, scheduling time sheets and reporting to clients. The role involves ensuring the implementation of the Safety Management System (SMS), maintaining Quality Assurance oversight for operational issues relating to performance and safety, providing suitable corrective and/or preventative actions where necessary, managing personnel, ensuring compliance with all pertinent regulations (Company/Client/Government Agencies), and communicating effectively with employees, clients, and passengers.
