About The Position

We are a high-producing real estate business looking for an Operations Manager to act as the owner’s right hand and help run the day-to-day operations of the business. This is a fast-paced, tech-driven environment where speed, adaptability, and execution are critical. The person in this role will take full ownership of all administrative and operational tasks upfront . This is intentional — the goal is to fully immerse you in the systems, processes, and daily flow of the business so you can identify inefficiencies, improve them, and eventually operate at a high level. There are no team management responsibilities at the start. Leadership opportunities may come over time, but only after mastering execution. Requirements

  • Strong proficiency with Gmail and basic computer systems
  • Tech-savvy and comfortable learning new tools quickly
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Able to move quickly while maintaining accuracy
  • Proactive, resourceful, and solution-oriented
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

Responsibilities

  • Own and manage all email and communication flow
  • Coordinate vendors (photography, cleaning, repairs, etc.)
  • Support and manage listing and transaction processes
  • Manage calendar, scheduling, and daily priorities
  • Maintain organization across CRM and internal systems
  • Ensure all tasks are completed accurately and on time
  • Learn all systems and workflows through execution
  • Identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement
  • Build, refine, and document processes over time
  • Help create more efficient systems as the business grows
  • Ensure all marketing tasks are executed consistently
  • Coordinate content posting and distribution
  • Maintain organization and timelines for marketing efforts
