About The Position

Frizzle Chicken Café is looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Operations Supervisor to assist the General Manager with the day-to-day operations of our fun, fast-paced breakfast restaurant! This role helps ensure that everything runs smoothly from opening to closing while maintaining our standards of excellent guest service and team support. Hours: This position can start as early as 5:30 AM and run until 3:00 PM .

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years of age
Strong organizational and communication skills
Proficiency in Excel and basic computer programs
Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
Ability to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays
Team player with a hands-on approach and positive attitude
Education requirements include a high school diploma / GED or equivalent combination of education and experience

Nice To Haves

Previous restaurant or hospitality supervisory experience preferred

Responsibilities

Assist the General Manager in overseeing daily restaurant operations
Open and close the restaurant, including counting cash drawers and ensuring accurate financial reporting
Run and send daily reports to management
Use Excel spreadsheets and other tracking tools for sales, inventory, and scheduling
Drive locally to pick up cleaning supplies, make bank deposits, or handle other business errands (must have a reliable vehicle)
Place and receive vendor orders, ensuring inventory and supplies are well-maintained
Contact maintenance or service providers when repairs or issues arise
Assist in the kitchen as needed to support staff, ensure food quality, and maintain efficiency during busy periods
Support front-of-house operations, including hosting, seating, and menu knowledge
Ensure cleanliness, organization, and compliance with health and safety standards
Provide leadership and support to team members, fostering a positive work environment
