The position assists the store manager in driving financial performance by ensuring sales and profit goals are met, reviewing P&L statements, controlling expenses, correcting financial deficiencies, and participating in economic trend analysis for budget forecasting. The role coordinates, completes, and oversees job-related activities by developing stakeholder relationships, supporting initiatives, identifying goals, building accountability, addressing improvement opportunities, and promoting continuous learning. The manager also ensures compliance with company policies and procedures, supports the company's mission, values, and ethics, and utilizes the Open Door Policy. They are expected to build high-performing teams, embrace diversity, create an inclusive workplace, and foster opportunities for associates to thrive.
