About The Position

The Operations Manager ensures the business consistently meets or exceeds performance goals through hands-on leadership and active engagement with field technicians, office staff, vendors, and management. This role requires strong operational leadership, attention to detail, and the ability to build high-performing teams in a fast-paced service environment.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 1 year of leadership experience in a service-based organization
  • Strong work ethic with proven attention to detail and follow-through
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to lead through influence, accountability, and hands-on management
  • Ability to regularly commute between two Southeast Idaho locations

  • General management and P&L experience in a multi-site environment is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach, and support technicians and staff to achieve operational, revenue, and customer satisfaction goals
  • Ensure all customers receive service that meets or exceeds our Satisfaction Guarantee
  • Build and maintain outstanding customer service standards across the assigned geographic area
  • Recruit, hire, onboard, develop, and retain top-performing employees
  • Oversee quality control, performance metrics, and customer communication
  • Conduct performance evaluations and provide ongoing coaching and feedback
  • Foster a strong sales-focused culture aligned with our brand and growth objectives
  • Ensure productivity and efficiency across service, installation, sales, warehouse, and office operations
  • Coordinate with vendors and support partners to ensure operational excellence
  • Perform local HR-related responsibilities and partner with leadership on employee relations
  • Identify opportunities for growth, process improvement, and operational scalability
  • Build a positive, performance-driven culture that prioritizes teamwork and five-star service
