Job Overview: The Operations Manager is responsible for leading the daily operations phase for ODM with current and new Law Enforcement Agencies. This includes, but is not limited to, customer service, scheduling, approving, and publishing requests to all agencies. This position will serve as the main point of contact for coordinators, special event coordinators, and leads as we fulfill the needs of our Law Enforcement Agencies. The Operations Manager will collaborate closely with the Senior Operations Manager and the Director of Operations to deliver company-guided service levels and fill rates for our Law Enforcement Agencies. Secondary responsibility includes technology innovation support as needed. The Operations Manager reports to the Senior Operations Manager.
