Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Bachelor degree with 4 to 7 years of major law enforcement, military, fire, and/or emergency management experience or equivalent of education and experience sufficient to perform the essential functions of the job, as determined by the company.
• Valid driver's license and clear driving record required.
• A minimum of 5 years of progressively responsible security related experience.
• Demonstrated knowledge of security operations, including fire protection, hazardous materials handling, workplace health and safety issues.
• Proven skills in financial, legal, and human resources administration.
• Ability to act in a decisive manner in emergency situations.
• Strong managerial skills and the ability to assert oneself.
• Demonstrated planning, organizational and project management skills.
• Working knowledge of process improvement systems.
• Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent verbal, written, and presentation and computer skills.
• Serve as a positive team leader with the ability to interact with a wide range of individuals in a professional manner.
• All candidates must be willing to participate in Securitas' pre-employment screening process, including drug screen and background investigation.

Responsibilities

• Primary on-site liaison between Securitas Security Services and client senior management.
• Review post orders and daily log reports and provide recommendations and assessments for improvement.
• Ensure officers meet company standards pertaining to quality of work performed and in compliance with all company and client policies and procedures.
• Participate in recruitment selection and placement, conduct performance reviews, manage attendance and scheduling, and conflict resolution and retention of high caliber staff.
• Review alarm system reports, compile exception reports and forward to appropriate management for review.
• Provide monthly reports to the facilities and corporate security organizations detailing all pertinent activities that have occurred in the previous month concerning any security and safety issues.
