About The Position

The Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing daily operations across commissary production, logistics, and field execution to ensure consistent quality, on-time delivery, strong financial performance, and an exceptional guest experience. This role serves as the key connection between production teams, on-site staff, and clients, ensuring programs are executed reliably while supporting growth and new account openings. Requirements

  • Operational leadership experience in foodservice or hospitality.
  • Experience coordinating commissary production and logistics .
  • Strong communication and organizational skills .
  • Solutions-focused mindset.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and operational systems.

Nice To Haves

  • Previous P&L or contract-managed service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end operations across commissary production, logistics, delivery, and field teams.
  • Plan and manage production flow, delivery schedules, and routing to support service timing and food quality.
  • Oversee all commissary and related field operations to ensure standards and guest experience expectations are met.
  • Manage hiring, onboarding, training, coaching, and performance management.
  • Ensure inventory controls, production and delivery logs are accurate.
  • Uphold food safety, sanitation, workplace safety, and brand standards.
  • Review menus and programs for operational feasibility.
  • Serve as liaison between commissary teams, field teams, and clients.
  • Conduct regular site visits.
  • Support catered events and special programs.
  • Lead operational readiness for new accounts.
