About The Position

513Wash, Our Brand-New Car Wash facility at Colerain Avenue is Hiring!! New Facility!! New Opportunity!! We are hiring Operations Manager to our team!! Operations Manager – Roles and Responsibilities Procurement & Inventory Management Oversee the ordering and replenishment of office supplies, ensuring adequate stock levels without over-purchasing. Manage procurement of maintenance parts and carwash consumables (chemicals, soaps, brushes, filters, etc.), verifying product quality and vendor reliability. Implement inventory control systems to track usage, prevent stockouts, and reduce waste. Negotiate with vendors and suppliers to secure the best pricing, terms, and delivery schedules. Conduct regular vendor performance evaluations to ensure consistency and cost-effectiveness. Cost Management & Budget Control Develop and maintain a materials cost-tracking system to monitor spending trends across supplies and parts. Identify opportunities to reduce costs without compromising operational quality or customer satisfaction. Work with finance and leadership teams to set annual budgets for supplies, maintenance, and materials. Explore alternative vendors, bulk purchasing options, and long-term supplier contracts to optimize cost savings. Conduct periodic audits of expenses to highlight inefficiencies and recommend corrective actions. Operational Efficiency Establish standardized procedures for ordering, receiving, and storing supplies and parts. Ensure all maintenance parts are readily available to reduce downtime and keep carwash operations running smoothly. Collaborate with maintenance teams to forecast part usage and plan for seasonal demand fluctuations. Create preventive maintenance schedules supported by an efficient supply chain to minimize emergency purchases. Monitor material usage patterns to recommend process improvements and reduce unnecessary consumption. Vendor & Supplier Relations Build strong relationships with vendors to ensure reliability, consistency, and favorable terms. Develop a supplier evaluation framework, reviewing performance on quality, cost, delivery, and service. Keep updated on industry innovations and new products that may provide operational or cost advantages. Act as the primary point of contact for all supply- and part-related inquiries, disputes, or escalations. Reporting & Analysis Prepare detailed monthly reports on supply usage, maintenance part consumption, and overall material costs. Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as cost per wash, supplier lead times, and inventory turnover. Present findings and recommendations to leadership for continuous improvement initiatives. Use data analytics to forecast future supply needs based on subscription growth and wash volume. Team Collaboration & Leadership Work closely with the maintenance and wash bay teams to align procurement with operational needs. Train team members on proper usage of supplies to minimize waste and improve efficiency. Support front office staff by ensuring seamless availability of office materials needed for daily operations.
