About The Position

PSR USA is seeking an experienced and dynamic Operations Manager to lead our operational strategies and enhance our business performance. PSR USA specializes in automotive aftermarket parts, including bumpers, suspension systems, and other off-road accessories. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, driving process improvements, and ensuring that all departments work cohesively towards achieving organizational goals. This role requires strong leadership skills, strategic planning abilities, and a focus on business development to maximize efficiency and profitability.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3-5 years of management experience.
  • MUST BE in the automotive aftermarket, parts distribution, or related industry.
  • Proven track record of leadership, with the ability to manage teams and drive operational success.
  • Strong understanding of automotive parts, supply chain logistics, and customer needs in the aftermarket sector.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in business management software, inventory systems, and financial reporting tools.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Ability to occasionally lift up to 50 lbs. and work in a warehouse or retail environment as needed.
  • Willingness to travel locally for supplier meetings or industry events when required.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee day-to-day operations of the company, including inventory management, sales, and customer service.
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue, improve profitability, and expand market presence in Hurricane and surrounding areas. USA wide.
  • Manage, mentor, and motivate a team of employees, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
  • Maintain strong relationships with suppliers, vendors, and key customers to ensure quality products and timely delivery.
  • Monitor and analyze financial performance, including budgets, sales targets, and operational costs, reporting to senior leadership as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations, as well as company policies and safety standards.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to promote products and services tailored to the automotive aftermarket community in Southern Utah. USA wide.
  • Resolve escalated customer issues and maintain a high standard of service to support repeat business and customer loyalty.
  • Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activities, and advancements in automotive aftermarket parts to keep the company competitive.
