The Center for Autism and Related Disorders (CARD) is a founder-owned, mission-driven industry leader focused on helping people with autism live their best lives. It is among the world’s largest and most experienced organizations effectively treating individuals of all ages who are diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder using the principles of applied behavior analysis (ABA). CARD's mission is to provide top-quality services that help every patient fulfill their potential and live joyful lives, through a network of trained behavior technicians, Board Certified Behavior Analysts, and researchers who develop and implement quality, comprehensive, and individualized treatment programs. The Operations Manager oversees the day-to-day operations of their assigned center. This includes administrative duties, team development, billing, payroll, general reporting, mutually beneficial scheduling of staff and patients, recruitment, hiring, and onboarding of local BTs and administrative staff, and support for clinical staff. The role also involves managing employee and client relations, ensuring the financial health of the center based on key performance indicators, maintaining a safe and effective facility, communicating with staff, patients, families, and facility operations for maintenance and supplies, and running a successful field-level business in terms of growth and fulfillment of treatment. Additionally, the Operations Manager supports other centers without an Operations Manager and assists with PTO coverage as needed.
