Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in hospitality or business management preferred.
• 4+ years in hospitality operations or management.
• Strong leadership and decision-making abilities.
• Knowledge of financial planning and operational processes.
• Proficiency in property management systems and Microsoft Office.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily hotel operations and provide leadership to department managers.
• Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency.
• Monitor guest feedback and implement service improvements.
• Collaborate on budget preparation and cost management.
• Ensure compliance with safety, health, and company policies.
• Conduct performance evaluations and staff development programs.
• Monitor inventory and supply chain to meet operational needs.
