Over the past fifty years, Montefiore's Division of Services for Addiction has helped thousands of people enter recovery and re-join their families and communities. Through recovery, individuals are empowered to help find meaning in their lives and integrate back into their communities. This position is accountable for managing clinical administrative services of three (3) units within the Division of Substance Abuse. The Manager's actualization of the organization's mission, values and vision establishes a strong commitment for excellence by maintaining quality patient care standards and ensuring compliance with all policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements. The position is responsible for the overall coordination of patient care activities, interdisciplinary collaboration, and liaisons with the medical and nursing staff at other institutions for exchange of services and information. The Manager participates in improvement activities, performance evaluation, quality assurance, research activities, establishes practice standards, supports an autonomous environment for delivery of efficient quality patient care and demonstrates leadership skills and core competencies. This position also assumes some fiscal and human resources responsibilities.
