The Operations Manager is responsible for supervising Department Managers and their teams to provide best-in-class service. This role involves coaching and developing direct reports, driving Associate engagement, upholding operating standards, and ensuring Guest and team safety and satisfaction. The manager will hold leaders accountable for managing venue operations, manage budgets and expenses, forecast sales, and delegate tasks. They are expected to demonstrate Topgolf’s Core Values, interact with Guests to ensure quality experiences, leverage business metrics to maximize profit and revenue, and cultivate relationships with community leaders.
