As the Operations Manager, this individual is responsible for developing and executing on strategic initiatives, leading through change management, and fostering an environment inducive of favorable employee engagement. We are seeking a strong leader to develop their team and instill a culture of being thought leaders for new ideas and to find new ways of working. This leader will need to be an effective communicator as they will present and collaborate with senior leaders across various lines of business. Analyzes and measures the effectiveness of existing business processes and develops sustainable, repeatable and quantifiable business process improvements to meet business growth, quality and scalability goals.
