  • Provide project management oversight, coordinating between stakeholders to ensure alignment.
  • Collaborate with accounting teams to verify and process construction-related invoices promptly.
  • Monitor project timelines and budgets, proactively addressing delays or cost overruns.
  • Ensure all construction work meets or exceeds company quality standards.
  • Oversee tenant turnover rehab projects, ensuring a seamless and high-quality process.
  • Lead and motivate teams to achieve operational excellence.
  • Conduct quarterly performance reviews and provide constructive feedback.
  • Schedule and facilitate regular team and department meetings.
  • Develop and improve scheduling processes for work orders, inspections, and project timelines.
  • Proven track record in team leadership and management.
  • Strong understanding of construction processes, subcontractor management, and renovation oversight.
  • Experience in analyzing data to identify areas for operational improvement and implementing effective solutions.
  • Proficiency with property management software (e.g., Buildium) and project management tools.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across departments.
  • Experience in Section 8 housing management.
  • Knowledge of nonprofit partnerships and community support services.
