As an Operations Manager at NIKE, Inc., you will lead a team of subject matter experts and apply their expertise to partner with functional partners in Product, Merchandising, Sourcing, Delivery, Materials, and Planning. Your role will involve creating industry-leading tools and reports, including in-depth analysis and key metrics supporting Promo and TEAM Apparel. You will triangulate historical metric-driven insights with Product and Sports Marketing teams to make informed decisions on raw material inventory and manufacturing plans, grounded in athlete service needs and domestic manufacturing landscapes. Additionally, you will assess and communicate future risks and opportunities in the onshore and nearshore space with cross-functional partners to enable informed decisions. Collaboration with cross-functional partners will be essential to understand Sports Marketing strategies and geography landscapes to craft future supply chain strategies. You will also work with internal partners to make manufacturing decisions based on collective expertise, strategic business priorities, collaborator input, and data-driven metrics. Maintaining analytics to support continuous improvement and developing new and ad hoc reports for executive-level leadership will be part of your responsibilities. You will gather market intelligence, customer forecasts, promotional activity, seasonality, and other external factors that impact demand, ensuring the organization has the most accurate demand and supply information available to influence category and global strategy.
