We are seeking a self-driven Onsite Operations Manager with strong leadership skills and a background in IT service delivery, team management, and operational improvement. This role is critical in overseeing the final stages of our laptop redeployment process, ensuring that devices are fully tested, accurately tracked in inventory, and efficiently reassigned to end users. The Operations Manager will provide direct oversight of daily operations and staff at two locations: Kent and Renton, Washington. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, adaptable, and focused on driving quality and consistency in a fast-paced environment.

  • Oversee Testing & Quality Assurance (QA): Ensure redeployed laptops meet performance and compliance standards through thorough functionality testing and verification.
  • Manage Asset Inventory Updates: Maintain accurate, real-time records of device status and location in the asset management system, ensuring complete visibility and audit readiness.
  • Coordinate Reassignment to End Users: Oversee the distribution and assignment of laptops, ensuring timely delivery and positive end-user experience.
  • Provide leadership and operational oversight for teams across Kent and Renton locations, ensuring consistency in service delivery and process adherence.
  • Plan, implement, and evaluate operational programs to meet organizational and client goals.
  • Define key performance metrics, establish reporting structures, and drive continuous improvement.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and ensure process adherence across teams.
  • Supervise and coach team members, fostering collaboration, accountability, and performance growth.
  • Lead program or process change initiatives, including review and approval of change requests.
  • Conduct regular business reviews with stakeholders and communicate program updates clearly.
  • Support staff development through ongoing feedback, evaluations, and training compliance.
  • Ensure service levels and operational targets are consistently met.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent professional experience.
  • 4+ years of leadership experience in service delivery or operations management.
  • Experience managing staff across multiple locations preferred.
  • Experience working in a technical or IT operations environment.
  • Strong understanding of IT asset lifecycle processes, particularly testing, inventory management, and reassignment.
  • Familiarity with SLAs and operational performance standards.
  • Strong leadership, coaching, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to develop insights from operational data and apply them to improve processes.
  • Proven project management and process optimization experience.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
