About The Position
The Operations Manager at Topgolf is responsible for supervising Department Managers and their teams to ensure the delivery of best-in-class service. This role involves coaching and developing team members, driving associate engagement, and upholding operational standards to ensure guest and team safety and satisfaction. The Operations Manager will also be accountable for managing venue operations, budgets, and spending, while leveraging business metrics to maximize profit and revenue.
