About The Position

Natural Retreats is hiring an Operations Manager to join our Park City, Utah team! The Operations Manager will function as a primary caretake for all lodge guests and owners to ensure requests and services are fulfilled throughout their stay. This position will also serve as the main interface with the Home Owners Association (HOA) and acting agent for the HOA. The Operations Manager is responsible for HOA housekeeping, approving all billing for work performed in Silver Strike Lodge, and working closely with HOA Accounting to ensure the building and operation is remaining profitable and within budget. The Operations Manager is vital for the success of Natural Retreats both in terms of efficient operations and profits for our owners but also in fulfilling the Natural Retreats' vision and established service standards. In conjunction with the organization and management team, the Operations Manager will manage the day to day operation of Silver Strike Lodge.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in the hospitality industry.
  • Knowledge of and experience in front desk operations.
  • Previous, successful management experience.
  • Ability to pass pre-employment testing which may include drug testing and/or background screening.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to interact with a variety of team members and varying levels of management.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite with the ability to learn new software systems.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to effectively prioritize tasks in a high pressure, fast paced environment.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and be active up to 85% of the workday.

Responsibilities

  • Provide superior guest and owner communication and service.
  • Manage property management and housekeeping coordination.
  • Recruit, train and manage employees.
  • Perform administrative duties.
  • Confirm all guests and owners receive a pre-arrival call and meet and greet in line with brand standards.
  • Ensure all homeowners receive personalized attention and care.
  • Assist the HOA Board of Directors in communicating with all owners.
  • Develop and implement lodge specific housekeeping and maintenance standards.
  • Provide oversight of HOA housekeeping including scheduling, inspecting and billing owners.
  • Ensure proper communications among housekeeping, guest services and maintenance.
  • Collaborate with Maintenance Manager and Housekeeping to guarantee all buildings, condos and common areas meet brand standards.
  • Schedule deep cleans and address deferred maintenance issues as needed.
  • Maintain detailed knowledge of all property inventory, locations, amenities, available transportation and local information.
  • Provide open, honest and timely communication to all departments and central teams.
