About The Position
As an Operations Manager at Massage Envy Niskayuna, you will be a brand ambassador and lead a team of professionals dedicated to delivering excellent customer experiences. You will inspire your team to achieve sales goals while promoting a healthy lifestyle through self-care and wellness. With support from the Regional Manager and Director of Operations, you will build lasting relationships with members and ensure they maximize their Massage Envy experience. Your role will involve managing operational aspects, driving memberships, and promoting retail sales.
