About The Position

This position is responsible for all operational aspects of a Temporary Power department within an area. They oversee the installation crews as well as the administrative staff and are also responsible for scheduling and billing. They must have a good understanding of managing others and various processes.

Requirements

  • Strong communication, negotiation, decision making skills.
  • P/L management experience preferable but not required.
  • Must have high level of interpersonal skills to handle sensitive and confidential situations.
  • Position continually requires demonstrated poise, tact and diplomacy.
  • Must have knowledge of a variety of computer software applications in (MSWord, Excel, Access, PowerPoint).
  • Management/Supervisory experience (3 to 5yrs. min.).
  • Strong problem-solving and organization skills.
  • The ability to prioritize, & work in a fast-paced environment, handles multiple tasks and work under time constraints.

Responsibilities

  • Interview and hire staff for field and office positions.
  • Ensure all work is scheduled and completed daily.
  • Oversee dispatch, billing, mapping, and permitting to ensure work can be completed and billed.
  • Provide assistance to accounts receivable staff as required.
  • Meet on site with customers as required.
  • Review P&L statements monthly and prepare variance reports.
  • Other duties may be assigned as business needs require.
