About the position

The Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing and guiding the day-to-day business operations for Diversified Applications Inc. (DAI), which is part of Helena Agri Enterprises, LLC. This role involves managing aerial application services across the United States, ensuring quality service delivery through effective coordination of personnel and resources, and maintaining compliance with safety and regulatory standards.

Responsibilities

• Maintain relationships with landowners, cooperatives, and distributors to promote aerial application services.
• Ensure understanding of logistics and timing involved with aerial application among stakeholders.
• Coordinate applicators, ground personnel, and chemical deliveries for timely applications.
• Oversee pesticide handlers for proper mixing and loading procedures.
• Ensure adherence to safety procedures and compliance with state and federal regulations.
• Manage accounts payable and receivable, assist with invoicing and project map details.
• Support branch team with various projects and provide necessary employee forms and information.
• Review work for completeness and quality.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Five years of related work experience is a plus.
• Computer skills including Microsoft Office, Windows software, and QuickBooks.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
