Manage and lead a team of 70-100 associates, including supervisors and warehouse staff.

Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide coaching and development opportunities.
Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, packing, shipping, and returns.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) to enhance operational efficiency.
Coordinate inbound and outbound logistics to ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods.
Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) and other technology solutions to enhance operational efficiency.
Ensure accurate data entry and reporting within the WMS.
Monitor and manage inventory levels to ensure accuracy and availability of products.
Implement inventory control measures to minimize discrepancies and reduce waste.
Conduct regular inventory audits and cycle counts.
Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices to enhance productivity.
Utilize lean principles and continuous improvement methodologies to streamline operations.
Develop and track KPIs to measure and improve warehouse performance.

Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, logistics, business administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a warehouse environment, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
Proven experience managing teams of 50+ associates.
Strong knowledge of process improvement methodologies and KPI management.
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS) and other relevant software.
