The Operations Manager at TP-Link Systems Inc. will oversee all aspects of warehouse operations, focusing on efficient management of logistics, inventory control, and team leadership.   • Manage and lead a team of 70-100 associates, including supervisors and warehouse staff.
  • Foster a positive and productive work environment, promoting teamwork and employee engagement.
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide coaching and development opportunities.
  • Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, packing, shipping, and returns.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
  • Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Coordinate inbound and outbound logistics to ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods.
  • Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) and other technology solutions to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Ensure accurate data entry and reporting within the WMS.
  • Monitor and manage inventory levels to ensure accuracy and availability of products.
  • Implement inventory control measures to minimize discrepancies and reduce waste.
  • Conduct regular inventory audits and cycle counts.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices to enhance productivity.
  • Utilize lean principles and continuous improvement methodologies to streamline operations.
  • Develop and track KPIs to measure and improve warehouse performance.
  • Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, logistics, business administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a warehouse environment, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
  • Proven experience managing teams of 50+ associates.
  • Strong knowledge of process improvement methodologies and KPI management.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS) and other relevant software.
