Job Description We are currently seeking a West Coast Operations Manager who will report to the Director of Retail Operations. How you will contribute: The West Coast Operations Manager is responsible for driving the consistent execution of business practices across all Bottega Veneta stores throughout the west coast, with all endeavors. The West Coast Operations Manager will exhibit sound reasoning and accurate judgment in their decision-making with the ability to alter their approach and develop alternative solutions to best support the daily operations of 20+ stores. Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Operational Excellence Ensure compliance with all operational policies & procedures across our retail locations through partnership with Regional VPs, Sales Audit, Inventory Control, Finance, Visual Merchandising, Human Resources, Security, Store Planning, Merchandising, and IT Suggest and support the implementation of new initiatives aimed at sharpening store operational efficiency Provide onsite support of market selling events that require operational oversight Administration Oversee regional supply orders, including stationary items and retail tools, while enforcing budgetary constraints Manage the allocation of retail uniforms and confirm receipt across all stores on a consistent basis, to ensure the outfitting of store team members is always to standard Monitor uniform and branded packaging inventory levels, to ensure that seasonal orders are reflective of the need in stores Physical Inventory Monitor the completion of cycle counts, and manage the annual physical inventory process; ensuring shrink is within brand standards Review and approve stock adjustments performed by stores on a timely bases Monitor all inventory management activities across stores, to ensure that compliance is always maintained Store Planning Plan and manage the operational activities pertaining to store openings, closings, and relocations Store Visits & Training Perform routine store visits, in-person and virtually, to ensure stock rooms, and all other storage areas are organized to company standards Cultivate impactful relationships with Store Management, Ops personnel, and corporate partners, to improve operational efficiency and cost effectiveness Conduct operational on-boarding and ad hoc training with newly hired Store Management Who you are: Minimum 3 years of retail operational management experience Multi-store management experience preferred Strong leadership abilities, and keen problem-solving skills Flexible and diplomatic communicator across all mediums, and all levels of the organization Strong attention to detail with solid organization skills, and proven ability to multi-task with consistent follow-through Proactive nature - willing to act and lead beyond area of expertise, with the ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities Proficient in POS & inventory management systems, as well as Microsoft Office suite (including Excel, Word and PowerPoint) Why work with us? Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of retail operational management experience
  • Strong leadership abilities, and keen problem-solving skills
  • Flexible and diplomatic communicator across all mediums, and all levels of the organization
  • Strong attention to detail with solid organization skills, and proven ability to multi-task with consistent follow-through
  • Proactive nature - willing to act and lead beyond area of expertise, with the ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities
  • Proficient in POS & inventory management systems, as well as Microsoft Office suite (including Excel, Word and PowerPoint)

  • Multi-store management experience preferred
