About The Position

As our Operations Manager, you will lead the daily mission of our roll-off dumpster service. This is a hands-on leadership role for a veteran with a proven record of leading teams and achieving mission objectives. You will manage daily operations, acting as a force multiplier for our driver team, and provide direct leadership and mentorship to 5-9 drivers, fostering a culture of accountability and excellence. You will ensure full compliance with DOT regulations and maintain a flawless safety record. Leveraging your planning and logistics expertise, you will optimize routes and maximize efficiency. Additionally, you will serve as the primary point of contact for customer service resolution, embodying our commitment to exceptional service. Your focus will be on efficiency and route optimization to improve operational performance and reduce costs. You will maintain a CDL-B license and be ready to deploy on routes when additional support is needed.

Requirements

• CDL Class A or B (Required)
• DOT Medical Card (Required)
• Driver History Report (MVR – Required)
• Commercial driving: 1 year (Preferred)
• Management experience: 3 years (Preferred)

Nice To Haves

• Experience in logistics, operations, or transportation
• Former military leader (e.g., NCO)
