About The Position

We are looking for a strategic Operations Manager to lead our team and drive operational excellence. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, developing a high-performing team, and ensuring financial profitability while delivering a great experience for our clients and guests.

Requirements

  • Hospitality Expertise: Candidates must have a strong hospitality background, specifically within high-end luxury environments. You understand the level of detail and service required for premium clients.
  • Hands-on Leadership: We are looking for a "Working Manager"—a leader who motivates a diverse team by being actively involved in the daily operation.
  • Customer-First Mindset: A passion for going above and beyond. You find creative ways to solve problems and ensure elite client satisfaction.
  • Language Skills: English is required, and bilingual candidates are strongly preferred.
  • Agility: The ability to think on your feet and problem-solve quickly in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
  • Tech Savvy: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and comfortable learning internal company software and applications.
  • Driver’s License: Must possess a valid state-issued driver’s license with a current address and an acceptable driving record (MVR).

Nice To Haves

  • Financial Acumen: Prior experience developing budgets and reviewing P&L (Profit and Loss) statements is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver on Our Promise: Resolve client requests and concerns efficiently, ensuring every interaction meets our high standards.
  • Proactive Communication: Partner with clients to identify and implement operational improvements.
  • Talent Management: Hire, train, and supervise a diverse team, ensuring proper staffing levels to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
  • Revenue & Profitability: Maximize financial performance through revenue development, facility marketing, and budget management.
  • Financial Oversight: Manage accounts payable, payroll, and rigorous cash control procedures.
  • Operational Oversight: Ensure all parking, security, and procurement needs are met to keep the facility running smoothly.
  • Facility Standards: Maintain high cleanliness and maintenance standards across the location.
  • Risk Management: Review damage claims and implement safety programs to prevent reoccurrence.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Enforce all company policies and OSHA laws to ensure a safe work environment.
