About The Position

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required.
• One year or more of customer service experience with issue resolution preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with excellent follow-up practices.
• Capable of multi-tasking and highly organized with excellent time management skills.
• Strong mechanical skills and effective interpersonal skills.
• Strong PC knowledge, including advanced spreadsheet and word processing skills.
• Basic understanding of business finance, controls, and metrics.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for customer relationship activities, ensuring quality customer interface and satisfaction.
• Coordinate with the rental department to maximize utilization without compromising lease customers.
• Partner with Sales staff on customer calls to enhance customer satisfaction and pursue new business opportunities.
• Manage running costs and maintenance overheads, ensuring policies and processes are followed.
• Coordinate with Maintenance, Asset Management, Sales, and Marketing to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Oversee accurate PM scheduling, breakdowns, and vehicle status updates; manage Technician work planning for efficiency.
