Responsibilities

• Support the shop management process and assist in cost savings initiatives.
• Manage customer relationships by providing quality customer interface and proactive management.
• Coordinate with the rental department to maximize utilization without compromising lease customers.
• Partner with Sales staff on customer calls to enhance customer satisfaction and drive new business.
• Oversee running costs and maintenance overheads, ensuring policies and processes are followed.
• Coordinate with Maintenance, Asset Management, Sales, and Marketing to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Ensure accurate PM scheduling, follow-ups, and vehicle status updates; oversee technician work planning.
