Requirements

  • Successful restaurant management or supervision experience preferred
  • High school diploma (or equivalent) required
  • Serv-Safe/Local/State Food Service Certification
  • Cash management skills
  • Bilingual in certain markets
  • Valid driver’s license and proof of insurance
  • Ability to drive and maintain a satisfactory vehicle
  • Must be 18 years of age or older

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with restaurant management software, like POS, ATS, and web-based scheduling

Responsibilities

  • Manage restaurant operations and staff
  • Ensure compliance with food safety regulations
  • Handle cash management and financial transactions
  • Utilize restaurant management software effectively
  • Work long hours, including nights and weekends as needed
