About The Position
At Integrated Deicing Services, our sole focus is the safe, efficient, and professional delivery of deicing and anti-icing services to our carrier customers. As the Operations Manager (SEA), you will play a crucial role in overseeing various operational initiatives, providing high-level support to both customers and staff. Your responsibilities will include directing the department in resolving operational issues and monitoring daily workflows to ensure that operational needs are met. You will assist in the development and execution of the Ground Operations Standards Program, providing support in the promotion, launch, and maintenance of this program and its associated training. Additionally, you will partner in auditing, measuring, and reporting compliance with Quality, Training, and Operations programs, ensuring that all operations align with company standards and regulatory requirements. In this role, you will participate in customer and regulator interactions, focusing on compliance, customer service, and continuous improvement. You will interface with internal customers, assisting in meeting their requirements on both local and system-wide scopes. Your leadership will be essential in fostering a culture of safety and efficiency within the organization, ensuring that all operational processes are executed smoothly and effectively. This position requires a strong understanding of financials, including budgets, P&L, and forecasting, as well as excellent communication and organizational skills to manage a diverse team and meet the needs of our clients.
