Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
• 3+ years of leadership experience in manufacturing or processing operations
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex projects
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills
• Familiarity with warehouse operations, logistics, and maintenance
• Experience with budgeting and financial oversight preferred
• SAP knowledge a plus
• Strong or advanced Excel skills and PowerPoint/Word are highly desired
• Safety mindset and ability to navigate the production facility

Responsibilities

• Lead all aspects of plant operations including production, sanitation, supply chain, and maintenance
• Recruit, train, and develop plant personnel
• Drive safety, quality, and continuous improvement initiatives
• Manage capital projects and preventative maintenance
• Collaborate with leadership on budgeting and cost control
• Monitor KPIs and report performance to senior leadership
• Ensure compliance with quality and regulatory standards
• Foster a culture of teamwork, accountability, and respect
