About The Position

The Operations Manager will enable operational excellence through cross-functional collaboration, analytics, and solution delivery, while also championing process improvement initiatives. Your contribution will be: Operations Management: Develop and implement operational strategies to streamline processes, improve efficiency, and enhance overall performance. Performance Analysis: Track Objectives and Key Results (OKRs), Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and performance metrics to assess the organization's performance, identify areas for improvement, and offer data-driven, actionable insights. Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness. Resource Allocation: Manage resource allocation across projects to ensure optimal utilization of talent and timely project delivery. Project Oversight: Provide oversight and guidance to project managers, ensuring projects are executed according to established timelines, budgets, and quality standards. Client Relationship Management: Collaborate with the sales and account management teams to ensure a seamless transition from sales to delivery and maintain strong relationships with clients to drive customer satisfaction and retention. System Administration: Oversee and manage critical systems integral to the organization, ensuring data accuracy, user access control, and system customization to optimize operational processes and support business requirements effectively. Risk Management: Identify and mitigate risks associated with project delivery, resource management, and client engagements to minimize potential impacts on project outcomes and client relationships.
