About The Position

Join Commure + Athelas as an Operations Manager and become part of the driving force behind the success of our Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) product line, on the Patient Eligibility team. In this high-impact, high-visibility role, you’ll take end-to-end ownership of strategic customer implementations, from eligibility setup through post-launch optimization. You’ll work cross-functionally with teams across Product, Engineering, Sales, and Operations, and play a critical role in delivering seamless, scalable solutions to our most important customers. This is an opportunity for a proactive operator to solve meaningful business challenges at scale, influence product development, and grow rapidly in scope and responsibility within a hyper-growth environment. This full-time position requires working 5 days a week in our Mountain View, CA office.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in consulting, investment banking, or operations at a high-growth SaaS or tech-enabled company.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in SQL and Excel.
  • (A basic SQL assessment will be part of the interview process.)
  • Proven ability to lead complex, cross-functional projects from inception to completion.
  • Demonstrated bias for action, intellectual curiosity, and a deep sense of ownership.
  • Excellent communication skills and a track record of success working with external clients.
  • Ability to build and scale internal processes that drive efficiency and quality.
  • Comfort operating autonomously in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
  • Strong project management acumen and an eye for detail.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience using tools like Retool, G Suite, and other internal ops platforms.
  • Experience in the Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) or healthcare operations space is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the implementation and launch of Patient Eligibility workflows for our most strategic accounts, ensuring flawless execution and high client satisfaction.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for eligibility onboarding, proactively identifying and resolving roadblocks before they impact timelines.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Ops to align implementation strategies with company goals and customer needs.
  • Own pre- and post-launch eligibility KPIs, continuously monitoring performance and driving improvements.
  • Identify product and process gaps, translate customer feedback into actionable insights, and collaborate with Product to influence roadmap decisions.
  • Build scalable systems and repeatable processes to support a rapidly growing customer base.
  • Act as a thought partner across the business, identifying emerging operational challenges and creating data-driven solutions.
  • Synthesize complex issues into actionable insights and clearly communicate recommendations, risks, and blockers to leadership and stakeholders.
