About The Position
The Operations Manager provides administrative oversight, business management, and program development for the Adult & Child Outpatient Psychiatry clinic. This role ensures optimal patient access, customer satisfaction, and cost-effective management of the practice. The Operations Manager works in collaboration with the Medical and Clinical Director(s) and the Nurse Manager in a matrix management team, supervising administrative and non-clinical support staff. The position involves monitoring compliance with managed care plans, establishing work procedures and standards to improve efficiency, and identifying opportunities to increase patient volume and services while controlling expenses. The Operations Manager also conducts ongoing leadership training of staff and creates an environment that fosters customer satisfaction.
