The PSM strategy recognizes that we will continue to deliver value to our LMS and LSS businesses, and that the lion's share of our investment will be going to directly drive growth in these two areas. The Engineering Operations Manager will lead and optimize position management, workforce planning, and expense management for PSM, while closely partnering with the Chief of Staff (CoS) on high-impact ad hoc initiatives. This role serves as a key connector across PSM and partner organizations such as Finance, Talent Acquisition (TA), and TPM community to ensure strategic alignment, operational efficiency and excellence. Successful candidates will have a solid track record of program and project management and will have demonstrated excellent leadership, along with superior organizational and communication skills in leading teams and programs to deliver successful outcomes.
