Requirements

A proven ability to achieve operational excellence, drive culture and execute directives
Strong collaboration, organizational and prioritization skills
Adaptability to flex to changing priorities and expectations
Strong Leadership skills; can motivate a team and drive success through culture and teamwork
Must be very structured and process-oriented
Must have understanding wide format equipment
Proficient in Microsoft Office and Adobe products
Must be able to effectively communicate to clients through verbal and written communications
2-5 years print industry management experience preferred
2+ years leadership experience
