About The Position

This role serves as the operational backbone for EIM’s Managing Directors, owning planning, coordination, and delivery across a portfolio of university partners and academic programs. The Operations Manager brings structure to ambiguity, drives momentum across cross-functional teams, and ensures commitments made to partners are delivered with consistency, quality, and speed. By owning operational rigor end-to-end, this role enables Managing Directors to focus on strategic growth, partner leadership, and long-term value creation.
