This position is a leader of our global Contract Management organization, with responsibilities for the contract and document management lifecycles of our retail and institutional client base. This role will help support client and third-party contracts across services and products, implement regulatory change programs, implement oversight and audit functions, and support client onboarding processes. This role requires strong leadership skills with a focus on process improvement, analysis of risk and operational controls, strong communication and collaboration with senior leadership, and project acumen to ensure that deliverables are well defined and met. This position will incorporate additional regional responsibilities for our Seattle office, supporting local staff of the Client Contracts and Controls organization, collecting feedback, effecting change, and stewarding a strong culture through daily interactions and supervisory oversight.
