DESCRIPTION: Lead the strategic and day-to-day operations of manufacturing, packaging, and warehouse operations while ensuring compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements. Guide operational excellence through continuous improvement initiatives to achieve safety, quality, delivery, and financial targets. Serve as a key point of contact for internal stakeholders and external customers, coordinating cross-functional activities to meet customer commitments and business objectives. Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, chemistry, pharmacy, science, or related technical field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in operations management in a regulated manufacturing environment, preferably pharmaceutical/medical device
  • Experience with ERP systems, lean manufacturing, and process improvement methodologies
  • Proven experience leading, developing and supporting teams
  • Strong knowledge of cGMP, quality systems, and regulatory requirements
  • Demonstrated ability to implement operational excellence and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Strong project management and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with all levels of organization
  • Ability to analyze data and metrics to implement performance improvements
  • Budget management and financial acumen
  • Strong organizational and time management skills for managing multiple priorities
  • Ability to work in cleanroom/controlled environments and use required PPE when needed
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite applications
  • Demonstrates commitment to company values of Integrity, Intensity, Innovation and Involvement

Nice To Haves

  • Advanced Degree preferred.
  • Professional certifications in Supply Chain, Six Sigma, or Lean Manufacturing a plus
