The Operations Manager provides operational support to the Executive Director of Operations of the Medical University of South Carolina (MUSC) in Orangeburg. This role is crucial in enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of various functional areas under the Executive Director of Operation's purview. The Operations Manager assumes oversight of the asset process management (Beds, stretchers, cribs & wheelchairs), linen services; support offsite facilities (i.e. FSED) and other departments as assigned. The Operations Manager oversees special projects and programs, drives process improvements, and facilitates cross-departmental collaboration to achieve organizational goals. This position requires a strategic thinker with strong operational skills and the ability to work with a diverse range of stakeholders. The Care Team Member is responsible for creating action plans, SBARs, business proposals and presentations to identify opportunities of improvement.
