About The Position

Requirements

  • Experience in hospital operations, financial management, and strategic planning.

Nice To Haves

  • Master's degree in a related field.
  • Experience in oncology, particularly hematology-oncology, infusion, and/or radiation oncology.
  • Practice management experience.
  • Extensive knowledge of infusion operations, including prior-authorizations and patient scheduling.
  • Skilled in managing financial reports and leading teams.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic interventions to support the growth of oncology services.
  • Oversee operational workflows for oncology, radiation oncology, and infusion services.
  • Manage patient access and provider support within the oncology service line.
  • Organize and monitor system performance and departmental operations.
  • Supervise and lead a team of approximately 15 direct reports, including physicians and nurse practitioners.
  • Compile and analyze data to develop process improvement initiatives using lean methodology.
  • Manage purchase orders and financial variance reports.
