We are currently seeking an Operations Manager to join our New York City team. This position is one of the most impactful and essential roles at Blueground. As an Operations Manager, your primary focus will be on the implementation, adaptation, and continuous improvement of our business systems and processes in your city. You will be responsible for ensuring that our new properties are ready for guests in a timely manner, managing and training third-party contractors and 3PL companies, and ensuring smooth operations across the team. Your role will involve coordinating the full operational setup and maintenance of Blueground properties, working closely with the central design team, managing inventory, and driving down operational costs while maintaining high-quality standards. You will also lead a team of Operations Associates, providing them with onboarding and continuous feedback to ensure excellence in service delivery.
