About The Position

The position involves initiating, directing, and participating in community outreach programs, encouraging associates and managers to serve as good members of the community. This includes establishing and maintaining relationships with key individuals or groups in the community, representing the company to various external organizations, and championing company-sponsored programs, events, and sustainability efforts. The role ensures compliance with company policies and procedures by holding hourly associates accountable, analyzing and interpreting reports, implementing and monitoring asset protection and safety controls, and maintaining quality assurance standards. It also involves overseeing safety and operational reviews, developing and implementing action plans to correct deficiencies, and providing direction and guidance on executing company programs and strategic initiatives. Additionally, the position provides supervision and development opportunities for hourly associates, models exceptional customer service standards, assists in driving financial performance, coordinates job-related activities, and ensures compliance with company values and ethics.

Requirements

• 2 years of college; OR 1 year's retail experience and 1 year's supervisory experience; OR 2 years of general work experience and 1 year's supervisory experience.

• Bachelor of Science in Business Management and Leadership through Live Better U and Bellevue University.
• General work experience supervising 5 or more direct reports.
